Exceptional Customer Service

My beautiful wee granddaughter Aaria has moved back to Perth with her Mum & Dad. It was her birthday this month and to make life easier I found this lovely online shop in Perth to buy clothes from for her. They have the most adorable wee outfits, accessories, bib clips etc for kids. Admittedly I was disappointed to begin with because I put Aarias Perth address down as the shipping address but received the parcel on my doorstep 8 days after her birthday here in NZ. I was so upset that Aaria didn’t get her birthday present prior to her birthday so I sent a message enquiring why. To my surprise I received a phone call from the owner literally 10 mins after I sent the email. She was so apologetic for the obvious mistake. She offered to send a duplicate order that day although one of the items had to be replaced as it was out of stock. In fact she went that extra mile, delivered it herself and also apologised to my daughter n law for the delay. I received a message today from Meg that the clothing was received and how much she really loved the outfits. The owner has offered to pay for postage for the return of items that arrived here. I will endeavour to sort that out this week. It’s not often that you get such exceptional customer service from these types of outlets. I don’t mind supporting family businesses especially ones that care about their customers.
