The first time I purchased from this company, everything went smoothly. The resistance band was good quality and the delivery process was smooth. The second time however I purchased a new resistance band on 23rd May and received nothing. DPD never received it and I got one email response to say it will be on its way and after that I received no response. I began sending around 5 emails a day as well as online forms out of desperation until contacting them on my mums email address, to which they responded to say they have run out of equipment but can send me a free gift instead??? I asked for a refund and the cycle has repeated and I am now being ignored. It's now 16th July and I have received no product, no response, and no email. Awful scamming company and I believe they are blocking emails.
