Horrendous customer service

This was hands down my favorite company to purchase my clothes from. I literally bought from them every week at their drops for weeks in a row. I was a repeat chanter for a few years. Back in late 2020 I started experiencing repeat issues with out of stock items. After the third issue or so, they took it upon themselves to email me and gave me a LIFETIME coupon code, the email literally said the code NEVER EXPIRED. Never. Then one day the code wouldn’t work anymore. I reached out to them about it and their response was insulting and didn’t offer to remedy the situation. They said codes are only used for influencers (which I am not) and their policies changed so no more discount code. This is NOT okay. If I had received an email stating this beforehand, while upsetting, that would’ve at least been something. But you cannot take it upon yourself to give a customer a NEVER EXPIRING code and then turn it off with no notice and say “sorry.” To make matters worse they just stopped replying to my emails and then started deleting my comments from their Instagram. None of this is okay. I was not threatening and never used bad language. I simply stated my disappointment and upset with their wretched customer service. This company is lying and two faced. And yes, I have all the emails for proof. So sad about this absurd girl gang that’s a bunch of greedy, self absorbed group. I was so behind you for a long time. I hope you read this review someday, Lex, and know how poorly a long time customer who gave you great support was treated and not cared about at all.
