Every purchase I have made with this company has been wonderful. The clothes are beautiful, high quality, and arrive packaged with care and love. As soon as I opened my box, I could smell the scent of fresh linen. Each piece was clearly carefully packaged for a safe trip. The owner is an amazing woman who I honestly read about before shopping her store. She seemed like a good person who worked hard for her dream. I wanted to support a hard working, loving mom and wife, and she had such great style. I ordered my college age daughters a bunch of different things for Christmas this year, and I loved it all so much, I put another order in. I emailed the company to express my satisfaction and love of the clothes, and the next day, Amanda Guevara herself personally responded to me. She is the owner who I felt inspired by. She was so appreciative and genuine. She personally made sure my 2nd order would make it before Christmas and I was surprised to see it arrive the following day! She told me she had run out of a piece I had ordered and was so apologetic. I asked if she would swap it with something of her choice and she seemed excited to do it! That is what customer service is all about. It's the personal attention and genuine care that means so much. The clothing is phenomenal and lasts through almost daily wear of an 18 year old college kid. My daughter has a favorite pair of pants and they still look brand new! I'm so grateful Free Your Heart got her out of a goth phase, but only because this style is just so feminine and classic. So beautiful. The split pay option is great, too, as I was able to get everything I wanted and was not strapped for Christmas. The extra 50% off sale items was helpful too! All around amazing place to shop. I will always be a customer and this has become my favorite little spot online.
