Order number - 58533 I placed my order on may 5th. I paid extra to have express shipping and it’s now the 18th may and the online tracking shows it’s still in the US and no update is available. I have contacted NBK 4 times. Twice via email and twice via DM and no response via either of these. Awful customer service or should I say lack of. STOP POSTING NEW DROPS VIA YOUR INSTAGRAM AND FULFILL PEOPLES ONGOING ORDERS FIRST !! AND DO NOT CHARGE CUSTOMERS FOR ROUTE PACKAGE WHEN THERE IS NO SUCH THING. ITS MEANT TO UPDATE US ON OUR PARCEL. I HAVE RECEIVED NO UPDATE, NO COMMUNICATION AND NO PARCEL !!!!
