Comfort issue

I was very excited to try Rothy's and finally made the decision to order. Unfortunately, they just weren't as comfortable as I thought they would be. I probably won't be ordering again as it's hard to justify.

How Do I Care For My Rothy's Shoes?

Our shoes are entirely machine washable in cold water. Simply remove the insoles prior to washing and toss both your shoes and insoles into the washing machine. Make sure to wash on a cold, delicate setting with mild detergent. Once clean, let the shoes air dry and remember, Rothy's don't like heat—aka your dryer or warm water. While you can pop all your Rothy’s in the washing machine, there are a few different ways they like to clean up.
